Memphis Thao & Faith Xiong
Meet Memphis Thao and Faith Xiong, they are the founders and the husband-and-wife team behind Blueprint Pixel Solutions. Memphis oversees all things accounting, ensuring the financial side of the business runs smoothly, while Faith combines her creative and technical expertise as both the designer, developer, and SEO specialist. Together, they blend their skills and passion for helping businesses succeed in the digital world. Outside of work, they both enjoy traveling and exploring the great outdoors, finding inspiration for both their work and personal lives along the way.
Abel Xiong
Meet Abel Xiong, the head specialist for sales at Blueprint Pixel Solutions. Hailing from Minnesota, Abel brings a wealth of knowledge in SEO and is passionate about helping clients navigate the world of digital marketing. He’s known for his approachable nature and enjoys engaging in conversations, making him the perfect person to connect with when you need guidance or just a good chat. Outside of work, Abel is an avid photographer, capturing moments and creativity through his lens. His ability to blend technical insight with a personal touch makes him a key part of the team’s success.
Our Story
Blueprint Pixel Solutions was built on friendship, love, and a shared passion for helping others grow.
Memphis and Abel have been friends for over 10 years, more like brothers than anything else. They’ve stood by each other through every high and low, always ready to lend a hand. From weekends at the gun range to hunting, fishing, and traveling together, their bond runs deep. Trust, loyalty, and drive are at the core of their friendship and now, their business.
Memphis also shares a special journey with his wife, Faith. They met during their sophomore year of high school and have been inseparable ever since. In 2023, they tied the knot and began building a life and business together. With Memphis’s business know-how and Faith’s creative, energetic mindset, they’ve always made a great team.
In 2024, everything came together. With Memphis’s leadership, Faith’s design and SEO skills, and Abel’s outgoing, people-first personality, Blueprint Pixel Solutions was born.
