  • Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made to Blueprint Pixel Solutions LLC are non-refundable after project commencement, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The ownership of the website and all associated content will transfer to the client upon full payment. Until full payment is made, Blueprint Pixel Solutions LLC retains ownership.
  • Blueprint Pixel Solutions LLC reserves the right to include the developed website in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint Pixel Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or business interruptions.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business strategies, proprietary information, and project details.
  • The client agrees not to make defamatory or misleading statements that could harm Blueprint Pixel Solutions LLC’s reputation.

8. SEO Performance and Disclaimer

While Blueprint Pixel Solutions LLC commits to following best practices for SEO, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or performance improvements, as these depend on various external factors.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
